About Us

Anne Glass

Anne is a mother of two active and energetic children and is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.

Anne started karate seven years ago with her children and soon became involved in training, competing and then coaching, getting her Shodan (1st dan black belt) in December 2014.

In 2013, Anne helped form a voluntary community organisation, Healthy Tots, Happy Tots, to promote physical and mental well-being amongst parents and carers with pre-5s.

In addition to regular volunteering at her children's schools, she has also been involved in the Save the Children FAST (Families and Schools Together) programme for two years promoting family development and cohesion.

Anne is now in her third year of studying for a Bsc (Hons) Degree in Sport, Fitness and Coaching and is working towards her Level 2 coach license in karate.

She decided to form Bounce Early Years Activity to help promote physical development and an active lifestyle from the earliest possible age.

Anne is a full member of Sports Coach UK and is PVG registered.
